Skywings is an international tandem paragliding company based in Cape town, South Africa and Oludeniz, Turkey. We just follow the good weather and the sun. Both locations offer spectacular flying but each flight depends on the weather conditions and each flight duration varies.??

All of our tandem paragliding Flight Instructors are qualified by SAHPA and THK. We are all highly experienced so you can relax knowing you are in safe hands. We love what we do and we enjoy making all our clients thrilled with this awesome experience.

You do not need to have any experience at all to come tandem paragliding with us, we have done thousands of tandem paragliding flights. Anyone can do instructional tandem paragliding as young as 14 years of age or as old as 87. We also have experience in flying disabled individuals.

In Cape Town, we provide tandem paragliding mainly from Lions Head and Signal Hill. The tandem paragliding launch site we use depends on the wind direction at the time. Sometimes we start flying from Signal Hill and then move across to Lions Head as the wind changes throughout the day.

Tandem paragliding flights in Cape Town vary in duration and it is not possible for us to guarantee a specific flight time due to the changeable nature of the wind and general weather conditions in Cape Town. We only fly in conditions that allow us to launch and land safely. Our tandem paragliding flight instructors are all highly experienced and love to fly. At Skywings paragliding we will always make every effort to give you the longest (up to 30 minutes) and most enjoyable flight possible. In general flights in Cape Town can be anything from 5-30 minutes in duration.

Tandem paragliding in Cape Town can be quite challenging due to unpredictable weather conditions, changes in the wind direction and wind strength can stop us flying. When the weather conditions are favorable, paragliding in Cape Town offers you beautiful scenery of the Atlantic coastline; Camps Bay, Table Mountain, Green Point and Water Front.

We will be meeting at Signal Hill car park. When you get there you can ask for Skywings Paragliding.

When the wind direction turns into Southwest allows us fly safely from Lion’s Head take off. If that would be the case, we will inform you to meet us at Lion’s Head car park. When you get there you can ask for Skywings Paragliding around the kiosk area.

Spectacular view of Mediterranean coastline, fairly long flying time, stable weather conditions and perfect take off sites makes Oludeniz the best tandem paragliding site in Europe, if not the world. Taking off from 1960mt summit of Babadag mountain, your flight will take you over the ridges with a bird view eye view of the white streched beach and the famous Lagoon. After a 25 to 45 minute flight, you will smoothly land close to the beach.

Babadag has 3 different take off sites and paragliding launch site we use depends on the wind direction at the time. Tandem Flights are sold subject to the following conditions:

1. The person whose name is on the contract will be considered as the group?s leader and therefore accepts these terms and conditions behalf and for all of the persons named on, added or substituted to the booking form.

2. All prices shown are current at the time of the website being put online. Information given here is based on the latest information available. We reserve the right to change any of the itineraries, services, facilities, prices or vehicles described, without being liable for any compensation or refund.

Confirmation Policy

3. Paragliding or Tour Bookings can only be confirmed when deposit or the full payment has been received by Skywings Paragliding. A deposit can vary, depending on the type of tour, from 20% to 40% of the total price

Refund Policy?4: Clients wishing to cancel one of their products for any reason, including health or family reasons, are subject to the following fees:

4A) 48 hrs or more cancellation notice for tours: Skywings Paragliding will accept cancellation with full refund. If you have made full payment, we will refund 70%, if you have paid deposit only no refund.

4B) Any cancellation notice in less than 48hrs, we will refund 80%, if you have paid deposit only no refund.

Weather Cancellation / Delays

5. If weather does not permit, flights may be delayed until other suitable time. If you are unable to undertake the flight a full refund is payable.

6. Prices includes insurances for tandem flights by Skywings Paragliding.

7. The responsibility of Skywings Paragliding and/or its agents is limited. Skywings Paragliding can accept no responsibilities for any delay or change in schedule, breakdown in machinery or equipment, strikes, theft, baggage loss/damage, or injury arising through war or terrorist activities (threatened or actual), weather conditions or any matter related hereto. All such losses or expenses must be borne by the client.

8. We reserve the right at any time to change any part of the itinerary or the carrier utilized. The prices advertised are subject to change due to price increases resulting from gasoline price increases and similar causes. In such case each passenger can be required to pay an additional amount for the trip reflecting such increase.

9. In case of a breakdown of the equipment, Skywings Paragliding and/or its agents have got 24 hours to resolve the problem by repairing the or by replacing it by another. No refund of any kind will be made in this respect.

10. Skywings Paragliding reserves the right to decline, accept or remove, at its sole discretion, at any time before the flight any tour member as a participant in the trip when not compatible with the general enjoyment and well-being of other members on the trip. No refund will be made in this respect.

11. In the unlikely event of any dissatisfaction, clients must email the complaint(s) to complaints@skywingsparagliding.co.za

12. Passenger Responsibility: it is the passengers responsibility to advise Skywings Paragliding of any special requirements that they may have.

13. If a client fails to join a flight no refund can be made.

14. The information as stated on this website is correct to the best of our belief.
